A 15-year-old girl is raped near Anniston, by Hernan Prado

According to authorities, this case has been called the worst that could happen in their city. A man entered a house in the middle of the night with one intention: to rape a 15-year-old girl. The suspect is a neighbor. David Lane Blackerby is 39, and now faces charges of first degree rape and sodomy. After the rape the man returned to the residence of the girl to warn her not to tell anyone, and then left the county. However, the sheriff’s department called for him to be interrogated. During the second interview with investigators he took a polygraph exam and was arrested. The attack took place on July 3rd on the outskirts of Anniston. According to an investigator this case isn’t connected with any other crime. The little brother of the girl, 10 years old, was sleeping in the house during the attack. The mother was away, caring for the children of a friend of the family a few streets away.
